Every female should take a self-defense class. It is as simple as that. Not only do will you learn to defend yourself in the event of an assault, you will gain self confidence and a feeling of empowerment. My self-defense seminar is unlike traditional classes, it is nothing like you have seen. When you walk out the door after the 3 hour seminar, you will know how to defend yourself. More importantly, you will know you know how to defend yourself. From one of the class participants “It helped me take the fear and nightmares away and replace them with a ‘don’t screw with me’ attitude”. If you can't take a class with me, take one somewhere. There are Girls on Guard seminars offered nationwide.
We are currently offering open enrollment, please call to be added on the notification list for the next seminar.
If you feel you are not physically capable of participating in the seminar, but would still like to attend so you may watch and learn the techniques, you are welcome to. Please call to discuss the details.
