- Hi. I am a certified instructor in the Women’s Self-Defense Institute’s Women’s Empowerment Series Module 1 – Fight Like A Girl and Module 2 – Girls On Guard. These methods provide women the knowledge they need to gain the best chance of effectively defending themselves from sexual assault. The methods teach women how to ‘fight like a girl’ using a women’s strongest weapons (her legs) against an attackers weakest targets. We deal honestly and openly about the most common sexual assault scenarios and seminar participants will learn how to escape from these positions. These effective methods are for non-martial artists (though martial artists are welcome to attend, every women should have this knowledge) and are easy to learn, easy to retain and easy to implement.
